These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LYNA, the iOS app and lyna.world website operated by Muhammad Ahmad Shahzad ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using LYNA, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use LYNA.
LYNA generates AI-powered Instagram post images and captions tailored to your brand, and lets you publish or schedule that content to a connected Instagram account through our publishing partner, Zernio.
You must provide a valid email address and accurate brand information to use LYNA. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use LYNA.
LYNA offers the following plans:
Basic and Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased and billed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same price and term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings app, under your Apple ID. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple according to Apple's own refund policies — we cannot issue refunds directly. Prices may change; we'll display the then-current App Store price before you confirm any purchase.
Connecting Instagram and publishing posts requires an active Basic or Pro subscription. When you connect Instagram, you authorize Zernio, our publishing partner, to post content you approve to your Instagram account. You remain solely responsible for everything you choose to publish and for complying with Instagram's own Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for actions Instagram or Meta takes against your account.
You retain ownership of the brand information, logo, and reference images you upload, and you confirm you have the rights to upload and use them. Images and captions LYNA generates for you are yours to use for your business. Because this content is AI-generated, it may occasionally be inaccurate, imperfect, or not fully reflect your brand — you're responsible for reviewing every post before publishing it, and LYNA is not liable for content you choose to publish without review.
You agree not to use LYNA to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or otherwise violates the rights of others, and not to attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
You may stop using LYNA and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Canceling your Apple subscription stops future billing but does not automatically delete your LYNA account or data — contact us to request deletion.
LYNA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LYNA, including issues caused by third-party services we rely on (Apple, Instagram/Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, Zernio, Supabase, or Google AdMob).
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of LYNA after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
